Recent Grant Applications Approved:
$10,000 to the DeForest Police Department Canine unit
$1,000 to Blessings in a Backpack
$12,000 to the DeForest Area Public Library for updating cabinets in the children's room
$14,000 to improve lightning at the DeForest Area Community and Senior Center
Plus:
$60,000 in scholarships for DeForest Area High School graduates
And an additional $250,000 awarded for a variety of projects and causes, including:

Friends of the Yahara River Foundation
Veteran's Memorial Park
Token Creek Watershed
DAHS Swing Choir
DASD Big Hill Environmental Center
DAHS Project Graduation
