GRANT APPLICATION

The DeForest Area Foundation’s mission is to provide an effective and trusted means for directing gifts that will enrich the quality of life in our community today and tomorrow. The DeForest Area Foundation is dedicated to supporting charitable purposes and activities that benefit the DeForest Windsor area. There are several areas of focus, which include, but are not limited to organizations that support education, arts, culture, historical preservation, parks, families, and youth. In order to qualify for funding, an organization must have a 501(c)(3) rating.

There are two deadlines each year for submitting applications:
4:30 pm on March 1st and September 1st.
All applications received by the deadlines will be evaluated at the Foundation Board of Directors meeting immediately following March 1 and September 1, respectively.
